Triangle Parade of Homes runs October 6-7, 12-14 and 19-21 from 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.
The Triangle Parade of Homes is an open house of NEW homes in the Triangle built specifically for the Parade. The Triangle Parade of Homes attracts a wide audience from design idea hunters to mild house hunters to the serious new home buyers. Some new homes are decorated, but overall these Parade homes represent the newest selection that the Triangle area has to offer from local homebuilders.
This annual Triangle Parade of Homes, N.C.'s largest open house presented by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh–Wake County and the Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties, runs October 6-7, 12-14 and 19-21 from 12 p.m. - 5 p.m. This annual tour is the best way to view the latest homes and the newest communities throughout the Triangle.
More than 250 homes will welcome visitors. Many homes are decorated and showcase great ideas and the hottest design trends. The tour is free, self-guided and open to the public. We hope you enjoy this year's Triangle Parade of Homes!
